- Meeting your driver: Once you collect your luggage and exit customs, step into the main arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting in the designated meeting area holding a sign with your name on it.
- Flight delays: Your reservation includes real-time flight tracking. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your pick-up time is automatically adjusted so your driver is ready when you emerge.
