Most of our guests travel from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, so we handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Browsing this website

You can read this website — routes, prices, fleet, blog and frequently asked questions — without telling us who you are. We do not ask you to register, and we do not try to identify individual visitors while they browse.

Cookies and website analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of browser and device you use, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the website or search that brought you here.

We use this information in aggregate, to see which pages and routes are useful and to improve the site. We do not use it to build a profile of you by name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's own browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using the site or from booking a transfer.

Information you give us

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us — when you ask for a quote, make a booking, fill in the contact or partner form, or write to us by email or WhatsApp. Depending on what you are asking for, this may include:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • your flight number, arrival or departure date and time
  • your hotel or address in the Antalya region, and the number of passengers
  • any special requests, such as a child seat, wheelchair access or extra luggage
  • for business enquiries, your company name and country

We ask only for what we need to carry out the transfer. Payments for transfers are handled directly with our office or through our payment provider; full card details are not stored on this website.

Why we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

  • prepare a quote and answer your questions
  • arrange your transfer and pass the necessary details to the driver who meets you
  • contact you about your booking, for example if your flight is delayed or the meeting point changes
  • issue invoices and keep the accounting records that Turkish law requires
  • handle complaints and keep a record of what was agreed

Our legal basis for the first three is the performance of the contract you have entered into with us, or steps taken at your request before entering it. Invoicing and record-keeping rest on our legal obligations. Improving the website through aggregated analytics rests on our legitimate interest in running the service well.

Marketing messages

We may send you occasional offers about our own transfer services if you have booked with us or asked us to. Every message includes a way to stop them, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by writing to [email protected]. We do not sell or rent your email address or phone number to anyone.

Who we share your information with

We share your information only where it is needed to deliver the service:

  • Our drivers and vehicle partners, who receive the details required to meet you: name, flight, time, pickup and drop-off point, and the number of passengers.
  • Hotels or tour partners, where a booking has been made through them or requires confirmation with them.
  • Service providers who operate on our behalf, such as our website hosting, email and reservation systems, and Google Analytics.
  • Public authorities, where Turkish law obliges us to provide information.

Because we operate in Türkiye, personal data of visitors from the EU and EEA is transferred to and stored in Türkiye. We only transfer what is necessary for your transfer and our legal obligations, and we require our partners to protect it to the same standard described here.

How long we keep your information

Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as Turkish tax and commercial legislation requires. Quote requests and messages that do not turn into a booking are kept only while they are useful for answering you, and are then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy of it
  • correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
  • restrict or object to a particular use, including direct marketing
  • withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting what was done before

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the periods set by GDPR and KVKK — one month and thirty days respectively. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may also complain to the data protection authority in your own country, or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Security

We keep your information on access-controlled systems and limit it to the staff and partners who need it to carry out your transfer. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Links to other websites

This website links to hotels, airlines, tourist attractions and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which may differ from this one, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. We recommend reading their policies before giving them your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
