What Çolaklı is known for
Çolaklı is one of the most popular beach destinations along the Side coastline, renowned for its broad stretches of fine, golden sand and gently shelving waters. The sea here remains shallow quite far out, making it an excellent choice for families with toddlers or young swimmers.
Unlike busier town centres, Çolaklı offers a relaxed, resort-based atmosphere. Most accommodation here consists of modern beach resorts featuring extensive gardens, pools, and direct sea access. The historic ruins and harbour of Side are only a 15-minute drive further east, giving you easy access to day trips and waterfront dining while staying in a calmer neighbourhood.
Practical tips for your arrival
- Flight tracking included: Provide your flight number when booking so your driver can monitor your actual landing time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is automatically adjusted at no extra cost.
- Meeting point: Once you clear passport control and baggage reclaim, exit into the main arrivals greeting area. Your driver will be standing right outside the terminal doors with your name clearly displayed.
- Luggage space: Private transfers give you full access to the vehicle boot. If you are travelling with pushchairs, golf bags, or extra luggage, specify this during booking to ensure the right vehicle size is assigned to your group.
